Justin Johnson on the left has been seen driving a car owned by State Representative Bert Johnson (D), - license plate BWS 9964. Johnson is good buddies with House Speaker Andy Dillon and is supporting blocker activity by lending his White ‘95 Mercedes Benz to a family member.

In addition, it looks like being a thug runs deep in Johnson’s family, Rep. Johnson was a convicted felon (Doc#: 238530 Case#: 93-128287-FC).
