Free Speech Blocker: His official name is MORENO RONDELL TAYLOR II.
His other aliases are Marino R. Taylor II or MoReno Taylor II
Location:DETROIT, MI 48235-3124
County: WAYNE
Moreno is a graduate student in the college of business at Eastern Michigan University.
On April 18th, Andy Dillon filed an affidavit signed by Moreno admitting he is a free speech blocker for the Michigan Democrat Party. In his affidavit he also states, out-of-district circulators are involved in the recall effort. Oddly enough, the only outsider involved in the recall is him not the circulators.
He reports that recall circulators at the Sunoco gas station between Beech Daly and Plymouth were engaging in fraudulently activity. However, Blockers ‘R Us camera caught him red-handed at that same location signing the petition under someone else’s name, which he can’t do for two reasons: he isn’t from the district and it’s illegal to forge signatures.
Moreno is outside the 17th legislative district; meaning Andy Dillon is not his representative. His representatives are Cushingberry and Jackson. It is believed that at one point he worked with a convicted felon, Representative Bert Johnson.
Moreno is the “air traffic controller;” the one who makes the calls and tells other free speech blockers were to go and intimidate circulators. It has been documented that every time he encounters a rough time blocking, he runs into Miles Handy’s, Redford Township Supervisor, office for help.
Videos of him will soon be up.

What does hime working for a representive with a record have to do with anything. And isn’t it legal for him to block a petitioner or educate a voter if he doesn’t stay in the district. According to the elections law, no one from out of the district in which they are petitioning can circulate or collect petitions. What he is doing then is perfectly legal. And if a fake name is signed, then that’s not forgery according to the definition.

It matters that he worked for Rep Johnson because he lend his car to a family member who blocked. What a coincidence. The Rep. he worked for blocks and so does his former employee.
Your point regarding the district doesn’t make any sense. Yes, Marino can be a voter educator as along as it doesn’t infringe on someones First Amendment right to freely engage in democratic practices.
Marino intimidates, harasses, and more importantly commits voter fraud.
By signing a petition under someone else’s name is voter fraud.
