Joan is the Constituent Liaison for House Speaker Andy Dillon. Previously, she was an elementary school principal.

However, you could say she makes the worst constituent liaison in history, Since she is blocking the very people whom she is supposed to serve.

Petition circulators report Joan follows them to their homes after they are done circulating. If you see the cars below following you, don’t be alarmed, it’s just Joan being a bitter lunatic. However, it may not be bad idea to call the police for stalking.

Why is she stalking and blocking people?

Rumor has it Joan is a sore loser, who is mad at the world.

In 2004, she ran for State Representative and lost, 52.16% - 47.84%. Then, worked for Kerry’s campaign and well, he lost too. The following year, she ran for Livonia’s city council and came third from last, out of seven.
