Marcell L. Mitchell is an eight time convicted felon for armed robbery, firearms, and assault with a dangerous weapon. He was first convicted at the age of 17 and is now 35. Currently, he is on parole until May of 2009.

On, Friday April 18th, House Speaker Andy Dillon submitted an affidavit by Mitchell asserting that he had encountered out-of-district petitioners. However, Mitchell himsef is not from the district. His car, DZ14w, is registered to an out-of-district address. Moreover, he has never voted.

The affidavit filed by House Speaker Dillon against Taxpayers to Recall Andy Dillon, reveals the Michigan Democrat Party hired Mitchell to a free speech blocker.
